How far in advance do I need to place a custom order?

  • All Custom Cake/Treat Orders require a MINIMUM of 2 weeks notice. An additional fee will be added to ALL rush/ last minute orders.

    What is the minimum requirement for custom orders?

  • ALL custom cakes start at $150USD.

  • ALL treats are 2 dozen MINIMUM.

  • Custom bento boxes available upon request.

    When do I pay a deposit?

  • A 50% Non-Refundable deposit is required for ALL custom orders. Deposit due upon booking. Remaining balance due four (4) business days prior event.

  • Balance for wedding cakes MUST be paid 30 days prior event date.

  • Deposit is good to reschedule only ONCE. Failure to do so will require a new deposit.

  • Deposits MUST be paid within 24hrs of receiving an invoice in order to secure your date. Invoice(s) will be cancelled if deposit is not made.

What are the accepted payment options?

  • Payments can be made via an approved debit card/ Cash.

  • What is the correct serving size for custom cakes?

  • 6 inch round: 6-8 servings

  • 8 inch round: 12-15 servings

  • 10 inch round: 16-20 servings

  • 12 inch round: 18-25 servings

How do I transport a cake?

  • Cakes that are picked up can be placed on the front passenger floor board of vehicle. This allows for secure transport and gives the cake less “wiggle room”.

How do I store treats?

  • Treats can be stored in a cool, dry area unless otherwise directed on package.

How do I cancel / reschedule an order?

  • All orders for rescheduling MUST be done no later than 4 business days Prior pickup/Delivery. Orders rescheduled after the deadline WILL require an additional fee.

    How do I receive a refund?

  • ALL orders are final. We do NOT offer refunds.
